International Women’s Coffee Alliance Australian Chapter – IWCA Australia- is inviting the coffee community to a safe and inclusive space @ AXIL COFFEE ROASTERS ~ Melbourne Central to share community and learn from individual experiences faced by women and marginalised folks in the industry.
We are facilitating a panel designed to discuss barriers women and marginalised folks face and find solutions we can all apply to create a fair and equitable industry. Our panelists are women who are leaders and power players in our community.
